We exercise the greatest care to keep our Daylilies, Hostas, irises, peonies, lily bulbs, ornamental grasses, and dahlias true to name and are willing at any time to replace, on proper proof, all stock that may prove untrue.  We ship healthy, thriving Daylilies, Hostas, irises, peonies, lily bulbs, ornamental grasses, and dahlia roots that are freshly dug from our fields and gardens.  Anyone not entirely satisfied should return stock immediately and proper adjustment will be made. We CANNOT assume responsibility for stock lost due to freezing, bad drainage, drought, heat, carelessness, or neglect.  These conditions are entirely beyond our control.  No complaints can be entertained more than 30 days beyond delivery.
